A rotating selection of hearty meats, complex cheeses and seasonal house-made pickles and a hearty cut of Black Bear Bakery’s Lickhalter Rye bread. Current selections: Volpi Capocola, Volpi Bresaola, Carr Valley Mobay Sheep and Goat cheese, Milton Creamery’s Prarie Breeze aged white cheddar, Seasonal fruit, spicy German mustard and housemade jam

FTB Beer Chili
Warm up with a hearty bowl of either our meaty or vegan version of a winter staple featuring our own Schlafly Fortune Teller Beer.
Couscous, walnuts, red onion, dried cranberries and bleu cheese lightly tossed with olive oil and served on a bed of spinach.
Fresh spring greens with a rotating collection of sweet pickles, seasonal fruit, savory cheese and a house vinaigrette.
Toasted with your choice of a house-made sauce: Jalapeño Jam, Honeyed Mustard or Horseradish Aioli. Beer cheese availabel for $1 extra.
Hearty Grilled Cheese
A comforting blend of aged white cheddar, Swiss and asiago cheese, with sliced apples on Black Bear Sorghum Wheat bread.
Turkey and Swiss
Hand-sliced turkey and melty Swiss cheese with roasted jalapeños Black Bear Sorghum Wheat bread with housemade horseradish aioli.
Black Forest Ham
Smoky, traditional Black Forest Ham with aged white cheddar and pickled onions on Black Bear Sorghum Wheat bread with honeyed German mustard.
Smoked Portabella Reuben
Portobella mushrooms smoked with a dash of whiskey and sliced thin paired with gooey cheese, sauerkraut and housemade dressing.
Make it Vegan: leave off the cheese and substitute our Vegan Reuben Dressing.

Deli-style thick cut roast beef with creamy blue cheese sauce and house pickled sweet peppers
