A rotating selection of hearty meats, complex cheeses and seasonal house-made pickles and smoked items. Board is served with a hearty cut of Black Bear Bakery’s Lickhalter Rye. Great for sharing. Current selections:
Volpi Culatello- “The king of cured meats” boasts a silky, melt-in-your-mouth texture from the artisan aging process
Volpi Hot Soppressata- featuring a rich, savory flavor with red pepper and paprika for a pleasant, well-balanced spice.
Prairie Breeze Cheddar- Aged 9 months, sweet and creamy yet crumbly with bright, grassy spring flavors
Carr Valley Mobay- Sheep and goat milk cheeses presented together separated by grapevine ash. Rustic and delicate. Three flavor profiles in a single cheese!
Seasonal Pickles & Smoked Items- Ask about our current selections. We’re always trying something new in the pickling pot or in our smoker

Warm up with a hearty bowl of either our meaty or vegan version of a winter staple featuring our own Schlafly Fortune Teller Beer.
Toasted with your choice of a house-made sauce: Jalapeño Jam, Honeyed Mustard or Horseradish Aioli. Beer cheese availabel for $1 extra.

A comforting blend of aged white cheddar, Swiss and asiago cheese, with sliced apples.
Marinated Tomato Caprese
Roma tomatoes marinated in olive oil and pesto paired with fresh mozzarella and fresh basil.
Turkey and Swiss
Tasty deli turkey and melty Swiss cheese with roasted jalapeños.
Black Forest Ham
Smoky, traditional Black Forest Ham with aged white cheddar and pickled onions.
Smoked Portabella Reuben
Portobella mushrooms smoked with a dash of whiskey and sliced thin paired with gooey cheese, sauerkraut and housemade dressing.
Make it Vegan: leave off the cheese and substitute our Vegan Reuben Dressing.
Roast Beef & Blue
Deli-style thick cut roast beef with creamy blue cheese sauce and house pickled sweet peppers
